The very first step into cricket.
All Stars Cricket is the ECB's official introduction to the game for boys and girls aged 5–8. At Charlesworth & Chisworth CC we run it as the warmest possible welcome to club cricket — an hour of laughter, learning and brand-new friendships every Friday evening.
Sessions are built around fun games and simple skills: throwing, catching, hitting and running. Children develop coordination and confidence in a safe, supportive setting, and parents are encouraged to stay, watch and meet other club families in the clubhouse.
It's the same pathway used at clubs across England and Wales — the start of a journey that, for some, leads all the way to senior cricket. For everyone, it's an unforgettable summer of cricket-shaped fun.
