Pryce is Right as Hollingworth Wobble!

The 3rd XI ventured deep into Hollingworth territory this Sunday, and while the match is still simmering, the early scent of victory is more pungent than the tea lady’s over-steeped Earl Grey. With the opposition currently languishing at 43-4 after 11 overs, the Charlesworth faithful are already checking the local pub's opening hours. The story of the afternoon belongs entirely to Noah Pryce. Bowling with the kind of rhythmic intensity that suggests he’s got a hot date or a taxi waiting, Noah dismantled the top order to claim 3-19. His deliveries had the Hollingworth batters looking like they were trying to solve a Rubik’s cube in the dark. At this rate, we’re expecting the remaining wickets to fall faster than our Chairman’s resolve at a free buffet. The Development League is all about growth, but Hollingworth might find their scorecard stunted if Noah stays in this mood. Stay tuned for the second act, assuming the rain stays away and the opposition finds their bats. Personally, I’ve already started chilling the victory cider. Final result pending, but the swagger is very much present.
